Wedding Flowers : Trends in Florals for 2009 (Guest Post)

The use of accents such as feathers, crystals, fruit, colored water and submersible lights are popular to give your wedding or event flowers a more unique and special look. You will be seeing more colors in jewel tones and metallics as well, platinum, navy and emerald green.  Clustered arrangement of multiple vases are popular for a modern, minimalist look.  “Green” weddings are still popular and we have alot of requests for uses of moss, stones, pinecones and grass to fit out natural environments.

Curious about the trends for the upcoming season. I understood that the colors were black, kiwi and mocha. So I was very interested to read your article. Lots you can do with emerald green ….

The submersible lights are a must!
